Coil Rewinding
A service that not many people provide. MSTN is able to remanufacture your existing transformers by rewinding the coil if its initial tests are unacceptable. Not only do we offer this in the regular processing of transformers, if you have JUST a coil you are needing rewinding, we offer that as well. Talk to your sales representative for more information or contact our main office and we will be happy to help you.
PCB Oil Testing
We provide oil testing to detect PCBs. Standard procedure for our company states that if a transformer was manufactured prior to 1990, we are to run a PCB oil test to ensure there are none found in the oil. If PCBs are found in the transformers oil, the entire unit & its contents are then properly disposed of. We also provide this service for general use if our customers are wanting to have a report for a transformer.
Warranty Services
MSTN provides a 24-month warranty on all units that we sell or service. The warranty policy is that we only warranty parts & services that MSTN provided to the transformer. Damaged deemed as customer fault or that was not serviced curing routine maintinance will not be covered.
Field Service
We have a team of field service technicians that will come to you! We will perform testing and basic maintenance on site to avoid having to transport your product to our facility. Reach out to our office, your sales representative, or a field service technician to get a quote for on site services!
Transformer Recycling
We will recycle all of your old transformers. We pay for these as well! If you have an old transformer that you no longer want, we will buy it from you & recycle it. Our facility will dismember the transformer & properly dispose off all of its parts and contents for you!
